What we're seeing
At UNITY CENTER FOR URBAN TECHNOLOGIES, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 13% over the 5-year window — from 17.4:1 in 2020 to 15.2:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 2.0:1 below in 2020 to 0.2:1 below in 2024.
