At PS 65 ROOSEVELT ECC, chronic absenteeism has risen 16% over the 5-year window — from 66.5% in 2015 to 77.4% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 38.5% above in 2015 to 49.4% above in 2020.
