At Western Avenue Elem, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 12% over the 5-year window — from 12.4:1 in 2021 to 10.9:1 in 2024. Despite that, the gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has actually widened — from 3.0:1 below in 2021 to 4.5:1 below in 2024.
