What we're seeing
At Sunshine Special Education, chronic absenteeism has been essentially flat over the 5-year window — from 0.0% in 2017 to 50.8% in 2020. The gap vs US average of ~28% has narrowed — from 28.0% above in 2017 to 22.8% above in 2020.
