At 21st Century Learning Institute, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 47% over the 5-year window — from 41.9:1 in 2020 to 22.4:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 26.5:1 above in 2020 to 7.0:1 above in 2024.
